ATTACHMENT "B" Field notes for Tract A in the T. J. Chambers survey, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, containing 0.23 acres of land the same being out of and a part of that certain land described in a deed from A. A. Wilburn, et aI, to the City of San Marcos, Texas, dated May 23, 1967, and recorded in Volume 217, Page 386 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; said 0.23 acres of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: From a concrete monument on the northeast line of the McNaughton Addition to the City of San Marcos, said point being the northwest corner of the property conveyed by A. A. Wilburn to the City of San Marcos by deed dated May 23, 1967, recorded in Volume 217, Page 386 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, N 43° 46' 43" E, 242 feet; THENCE, S 44° 43' 17" E, 521.46 feet to a corner; THENCE, S 45° 16' 43" W, 120.69 feet to a corner; THENCE, S 44° 43' 17" E, 150 feet to the POINT OF BEGIN- NING, the same being on the south right-of-way of Sessoms Drive; THENCE, with the south line of Sessoms Drive and the northerly boundary line of this parcel proceed S 62° 16' 01" W, a distance of 41. 70 feet to a corner; THENCE, with the easterly right-of-way of Comanche Street proceed S 23° l5' 01" W, a distance of 17.00 feet to a point not tangent to a curve; THENCE, with the easterly right-of-way line of Comanche Street a curve to the left whose radius is 120.69 feet, a chord bearing of S 25° 52' 44" E, a distance of 74.20 feet to a point of tangency; THENCE, continuing with the easterly right-of-way line of Comanche Street, the same being the westerly line of this parcel on a bearing of S 43° 46' 52" E, a distance of 48.60 feet to a corner; THENCE, with the southernmost line of this parcel the same being the northernmost line of Lot 14, Park Addition to the City of San Marcos, Texas, as described In field notes dated 1907, of Record in Volume 54 at Page 37 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, proceed N 62° 02' 43" E distance of 83.97 feet to a corner;
