thence North 45° 50' West, along said southwesterly line of Bugg Lane, 50.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.412 acres, more or less, LESS AND EXCEPT a tract or parcel of land, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the intersection of the southwest line of Bugg Lane and the northwest line of the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company's (successor in interest to International Railroad Company) right-of-way as conveyed by said deed dated September 20, 1871, said beginning point being in the most northern corner of this tract, and from which point the center line of the main track bears S 47° 06' E 100.00 feet; THENCE with the southwest line of Bugg Lane, S 45° 50' E 50.00 feet to a concrete monument for the most eastern corner and the old right-of-way extended bears S 45° 50' E 0.8 of a foot; THENCE parallel and at a distance of 50.00 feet from the center line of the main track, S 42° 54' W 1093.20 feet to a concrete monument for the most southern corner and the old right-of-way fence bears S 47° 06' E 2.2 feet; THENCE N 47° 22' W 50.00 feet to an iron pipe for the most western corner; THENCE parallel and at a distance of 100.00 feet from the center line of the main track, N 42° 54' E 1094.53 feet to the place of beginning.
