Kyle, III, Floyd MacKenzie, Karon Guenther and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting held May 20, 1985. Mr. Guerra moved for approv- <br />al and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the City Council and Civil Service Commission Emergency Meeting of <br />May 23, 1985. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Coddington, Guerra. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Emergency Meeting of the City Council on May 23, 1985. Ms. <br />Kissler moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded <br />the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Coddington. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced a public hearing to receive public input to <br />assist the City Council in formulating a Policy Statement to be used <br />by the City Manager as direction during the preparation of the City <br />Manager's proposed budget for the fiscal year October, 1985-September, <br />1986. Mayor Craddock opened the public hearing. Dr. Frank Rich stated <br />the Greater San Marcos Neighborhood Association wanted the City to fund <br />a facility for the elderly, recreation for the youth and a meeting place <br />for the general public. No others wished to offer input for the Council's <br />Policy Statement, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />* Mr. Brown was not present at this meeting. <br />
