66 THE STATE OF TEXAS AGREEMENT OF LEASE COUNTY OF CALDWELL KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Agreement of Lease, made and entered into this the 11th day of April , A. D., 19 83, by and between the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and under the laws of the State of Texas, acting through authority conferred on its mayor, Emmie Craddock, by Resolution duly adopted on April 11, 1983 hereinafter "Lessor" and GT+3 Flight , Operations Inc., acting through its President, Millard E. Thornton, hereinafter "Lessee", on the following terms and conditions: WITNESSETH I. Lessor does by these presents Lease and Demise unto Lessee a portion of the San Marcos Municipal Airport situated in Caldwell County, of which City is owner by virtue of an indenture from the united States of America dated the 14th day of February, 1966, the 14th day of July, 1969, and the 11th day of May, 1976, to which reference is hereby made and by such reference, made a part thereof, said portion identified on the attached Exhibit A, for use as a parking area by and for persons and personal property authorized to use said area by the fixed base operator at said Airport. II. The term of this Agreement is 2 years, 5 months from April 11 19 8~ to September 9, 1985. Lessor hereby covenants and agrees to and with Lessee that Lessee shall have and hereby is given the option to renew this lease for additional five ( 5) year periods upon agreement of the parties to such extension. Such agreement shall be indicated by a written statement executed by both parties at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term of this agreement and attached to this agreement. If the term is so extended, all of the terms and
