3. ERCOT Annual Load Data Request (ALDR) <br />Description: <br />Section 6.5 of the ERCOT Planning Guide states: "The Transmission and/or Distribution <br />Service Provider (TDSP) or its Designated Agent must provide Load data each year to allow <br />necessary ERCOT System reliability analysis and planning and to meet requirements of North <br />American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)." To meet the requirements of Section 6.5, <br />LCRA and Owners will perform the following: <br />Owner Shall: <br />1. Provide all data that ERCOT requires as part of the ALDR submission. <br />2. Provide forecasted summer and winter peak load data for all existing and future <br />power transformers (by transformer) within Owner's system in the format requested <br />by LCRA . The data will typically include: <br />a. Location of planned transformer additions <br />b. Load power factor <br />c. Planned load transfers <br />d. 7 years of load data <br />e. Energy efficiency program <br />f. Load type information (load composition) by power transformer. <br />3. Provide load forecast data to LCRA in accordance with annual load forecast <br />schedule. <br />4. Provide a name and contact information to include with the data submittal to ERCOT <br />as necessary. <br />5. When requested, Owner will work directly with ERCOT to address issues with <br />Owner's load data. <br />6.
