Handbook for Planning Data Services <br />1. Purpose <br />The Handbook for Planning Data Services (Handbook) is intended to document the <br />specific tasks associated with filing of planning data required by ERCOT to be <br />performed by Transmission and Distribution Service Providers (TDSP) (here forward <br />referred to as "Owners ") and by LCRA on behalf of Owners. <br />LCRA will perform the applicable tasks described in this Handbook for Owners and <br />does not include the preparation of regulatory (NERC, ERCOT, and /or PUC) planning <br />data or planning - related responsibilities for which each party is independently <br />accountable and responsible. Furthermore, this Handbook does not address Owner <br />representation in ERCOT working group activity beyond the context described in this <br />Handbook. Each Owner is individually responsible for NERC Reliability Standards <br />Compliance for its registered functions. LCRA, by committing to performance <br />pursuant to this Handbook and any associated agency agreements does not <br />accept resRonsibility to Owner or NERC for the NERC Reliability Standards <br />compliance of any entity other than LCRA TSC and then only for the functions for <br />which LCRA TSC is registered. <br />The Owner is ultimately responsible and accountable for regulatory compliance <br />associated with these data filings LCRA files on the Owner's behalf. <br />2. Handbook Updates <br />This Handbook may periodically be updated to assure consistency with new business <br />and regulatory developments. LCRA will work with affected Owners to seek input and <br />provide notification of changes to provide for the successful implementation of new <br />Handbook requirements. <br />3 1 fag, Kiev. 0 <br />
