Handbook for Planning Data Services <br />2. Provide a name and contact information to include with the data submittal to ERGOT <br />as necessary. <br />3. Be accountable for the data produced including accuracy, timeliness, and <br />completeness. <br />4. When requested, Owner will work directly with ERGOT to address issues with <br />modeling data of Owner facilities. <br />LCRA Shall: <br />1. On Owner's behalf, input the Owner's existing and new or revised facility data <br />necessary to represent the Owner's transmission facilities in steady state cases <br />(models), data dictionary, and multiple contingency file. <br />2. Act as the Owner's designated agent in the ERGOT Steady State Working Group <br />(This is the working group that assists ERGOT with building and updating the power <br />flow cases). <br />3. Send ERGOT acknowledgement of receipt of data to Owner. <br />Reference: <br />• ERGOT Planning Guide Section 6.1. <br />• Owner requirements for ERCOT's Annual Load Data Request (ALDR) at Section 3 <br />of this Planning Handbook. <br />ERGOT Steady State Working Group (SSWG) Procedures <br />• Owner transmission facility data required for updating the ERGOT Operations Model <br />is not covered under this agreement. <br />• NERC Reliability Standards MOD -010 R2. <br />(Each Owner is individually responsible for NERC Reliability Standards Compliance <br />for its registered functions. LCRA , by committing to performance pursuant to this <br />Handbook and any associated agency agreements does not accept responsibility to <br />Owner or NERC for the NERC Reliability Standards compliance of any entity other <br />than LCRA TSC and then only for the functions for which LCRA TSC is registered.) <br />8IPag, Rev, 0 <br />
