Handbook for Planning Data Services <br />7. When requested, Owner will work directly with ERGOT to address issues with <br />Owner's facility data. <br />LCRA Shall: <br />1. Prepare dynamic device and load models based on Owner - provided data for <br />inclusion in the ERGOT DWG Flat Start Cases. <br />2. Prepare dynamics models for use in the simulation of UFLS and UVLS relays in <br />ERGOT DWG Flat Start Cases. <br />I Act as the Owner's designated agent in the ERGOT DWG (This is the working group <br />that assists ERGOT with building and updating the dynamic databases). <br />4. Send ERGOT acknowledgement of receipt of data to Owner. <br />Reference: <br />• ERGOT Planning Guide Section 6.2. <br />• NERC Reliability Standards MOD -012, MOD-13, PRC -06, PRC -10, PRC -21. <br />(Each Owner is individually responsible for NERC Reliability Standards Compliance <br />for its registered functions.
