<br /> 98 <br />Regular Meeting July 8, 1985 Page 3 <br />Mayor Craddock introduced a public hearing and consideration of an <br />Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE <br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE <br />OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 <br />(VOL. 66) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 0.8820 ACRE (38,421 <br />SQUARE FEET) IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, <br />TEXAS, CONSISTING OF ALL OF LOTS 23 AND 24 AND A POR- <br />TION OF LOTS 21 AND 22 OF COERS ADDITION, SECTION 2 <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED <br />IN VOLUME 169, PAGE 127 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF SAID <br />COUNTY, AND ALL OF THAT 5236 SQUARE FOOT TRACT CONVEYED <br />BY MRS. Jean Dorbant was present to <br />speak in favor of the zoning request. Jerry Hinnenkamp represent- <br />ing Clarion Corporation spoke in favor of the zoning request and stated <br />he was pleased they were able to work out matters with the neighborhood. <br />Noone else wished to speak in favor or in opposition to the request, <br />so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. Mr. Coddington moved for <br />approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Ms. Kissler seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br />
