<br /> land, more or less, out of the T.J. Chambers League, in the
<br /> City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, and a part of that
<br /> certain land described in a deed from A.A. Wilburn et al to the
<br /> City of San Marcos, Texas dated 23 May 1967 and recorded in
<br /> Volume 217, Page 386 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas;
<br /> said tract of land being more particularly described by metes
<br /> and bounds as follows:
<br /> From a concrete monument on the northeast line
<br /> of the McNaughton Addition to the City of San
<br /> Marcos, said point being the northwest corner
<br /> of the property conveyed by A.A. Wilburn to the
<br /> city of San Marcos by deed dated May 23, 1967,
<br /> recorded in Volume 217, Page 386 of the Hays
<br /> County Deed Records;
