<br /> February 1, 1983 <br /> SERVICE PLAN <br /> STATE FISH HATCHERY <br /> Pursuant to the provlslons of Section 10, Article 970a, V.A.C.S., <br /> there lS hereby adopted for the proposed annexation area the <br /> following plan of service: <br /> a. Police <br /> Patrolling, response to calls, and other routine police <br /> serVlces uslng present personnel and equipment will be <br /> provided immediately on the effective date of annexation. <br /> b. Fire <br /> Fire protection by the present personnel and equipment <br /> of the Fire Department, within the limitations of <br /> available water, will be provided immediately on the <br /> effective date of annexation. <br /> c. Solid Waste Collection <br /> The same solid waste collection serVlce now provided <br /> within the City will be extended to the annexed area <br /> immediately on the effective date of annexation upon <br /> the request of the property owners. <br /> d. Maintenance of Water and Wastewater Facilities <br /> The standards and policies now established in the <br /> current City extension policies will be followed In <br /> maintaining and expanding the water and wastewater <br /> facilities in the annexed area. <br /> e. Maintenance of Roads and Streets <br /> The same standards and policies now used In the present <br /> City will be followed in maintaining and expanding the <br /> roads and streets in the enlarged City. <br />
