<br /> 119 <br /> AGREEMENT FOR REVIEW APPRAISAL SERVICES <br /> This agreement, made and entered into this date by and <br /> between The City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation <br /> located in Hays and Caldwell Counties, acting through its Mayor, <br /> Emmie Craddock, hereinafter "City" and the San Antonio Development <br /> Agency, acting through its Executive Director, M. Winston Martin, <br /> hereinafter "Agency", witnesseth: <br /> I. <br /> That City hereby engages the services of Agency to provide <br /> a review appraisal for the proposed acquisition by City of a <br /> 2.923 acre tract in fee and.a clear zone easement consisting <br /> of 48.685 acres, said tracts to be acquired in connection with <br /> certain improvements to be completed at the San Marcos Municipal <br /> Airport and being out of a 132.65 acre tract located in the T.G. <br /> McGehee Survey, Hays County, Texas, conveyed by that Deed of <br /> Partition from the estate of Mrs. Mary Patterson and husband, <br /> W.W. Patterson, to Ohren R. Patterson, which was recorded in <br /> Volume 1l7, at Pages 289-298, of the Deed Records of said county. <br /> Said review appraisal shall be of that Appraisal Report and <br /> Valuation Analysis Of The Property Consisting Of Approximately <br /> 132.65 Acres Located In Hays County, Texas As Of March 9, 1983 <br /> submitted to said City on March 11, 1983 by G. Scott Binford, <br /> M.A.I., S.R.P.A. <br /> II. <br /> Agency, for and in consideration of a sum not to exceed <br /> Barbara Edwards, City Attorney, has the original of this instru- <br /> ment in her files. <br />
