<br /> -2- <br /> Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00), agrees to complete said review <br /> appraisal within twenty-one (21) calendar days of a written <br /> notice to proceed issued by City. Said review appraisal shall <br /> recommend to City the amount of just compensation to be offered <br /> the owners for the acquisition of the tract and easement described <br /> in Part I of this Agreement. <br /> III. <br /> Agency shall prepare said review appraisal pursuant to <br /> any and all requirements of the United States Department of <br /> Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration for review <br /> of appraisals of real property to be acquired in connection with <br /> federally assisted airport projects, and said review appraisal <br /> shall be in compliance with any and all standards set for review <br /> appraisals by the United States Department of Transportation and <br /> the Federal Aviation Agency. <br /> IV. <br /> Agency shall bill City for a maximum of 32 hours for said <br /> appraisal services and a maximum of 3 hours of typing services. <br /> Billing for said services shall be at Agency's cost which shall <br /> include salaries plus direct fringe plus indirect costs in accordance <br /> with Agency's currently approved indirect cost plan. The total <br /> amount billed shall not exceed $900.00. <br /> V. <br /> Agency shall not assign nor transfer its interest in this <br /> Agreement without the written consent of City. <br />
