-3- said demised premises for the purpose of conducting an aircraft auction by Lessee. VII. Lessee shall have sole responsibility for control of crowds present on said property during the period of time described in Part II of this Agreement. Said property shall be restored at the end of the period of use to its condition immediately prior to the starting date of the lease period. Lessee will gather and dispose of litter and trash in connection with its operations located on the property. Lessee shall take sufficient security measures to safeguard the premises from theft and/or vandalism. Lessee shall provide and put in place rope and stanchions which will effectively identify said demised premises and will warn members of the public using Airport of the use being made of said demised premises. Such placement shall be subject to the approval of Lessor. Plans for placement shall be submitted before June 9, 1983. Lessee shall not permit any privately owned aircraft to be removed from said demised premises prior to June 9, 1983. Lessee shall place all available aircraft at the east end of the ramp as shown on Exhibit A. VIII. Provision of adequate sanitary facilities during the term of the lease shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee. IX. Lessee shall pay all utility bills which are attributable to said auction conducted by Lessee. If installation of additional utilities is necessary for such activities to be conducted during the period of time described in Part II, the expense of said installation shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee. Any such installed utilities shall remain on said demised premises at the termination of this lease agree- ment unless those utilities can be removed without damage to said demised premises. X. It is agreed that Lessee shall in no way interfere with normal use of Airport facilities by fixed base aircraft during the auction conducted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
