<br /> -5- <br /> approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. No sublease or <br /> assignment of lease shall ever be given except for the purposes <br /> and uses authorized hereby. <br /> XVI. <br /> Lessee shall maintain at its own cost and expense public <br /> liability insurance on an occurrence basis with minimum limits <br /> of liability in an amount of $100,000 for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury or death to anyone person; up to $300,000 for each occurrence; <br /> and $100,000 for damage to property; and such insurance policy <br /> shall contain the endorsement that such insurance may not be can- <br /> celled or amended with respect to Lessee without ten (10) days <br /> written notice by registered mail to Lessor by the insurance company; <br /> and that Lessor shall not be required to pay any premiums for <br /> insurance. Any insurance policy herein required or procured by <br /> Lessee shall contain an express waiver of any rights of subrogation <br /> by the insurance company against the Lessor. A copy of any <br /> policy of insurance so required shall be delivered by Lessee to <br /> Lessor within ten (10) days of the inception of such policy by <br /> the insurance company. The minimum limits of any insurance <br /> coverage required herein shall not limit Lessee's liability under <br /> Part IV of this Agreement. <br /> XVII. <br /> Lessee shall maintain at its own expense fire and extended <br /> coverage insurance on any aircraft secured, placed, housed or <br /> located on said ground space. Should annual insurance premiums <br /> paid by Lessor in connection with the ownership, maintenance or <br /> use of the San Marcos Municipal Airport or any operations at said <br /> Airport or elsewhere which are necessary or incidental to said <br /> ownership, maintenance or use ever be increased because of the <br /> securing by Lessee of an aircraft on said grøund space, Lessee <br /> shall promptly pay the excess amount of the premium upon request <br /> by Lessor. Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for losses due <br /> to theft or burglary or for damages done by unauthorized persons <br /> on said Airport premises. <br />
