<br /> -4- <br /> XI. <br /> Lessee shall promptly comply at Lessee's sole expense with <br /> all local, state and federal governmental ordinances,statutes <br /> and other requirements applicable to the use of the demised <br /> premises to secure an airplane and all orders and requirements <br /> imposed by the Building, Fire, Health, Police, or other Departments <br /> of Lessor in connection with the operation and maintenance of the <br /> premises during the term. <br /> XII. <br /> Lessor shall provide at Lessor's expense tie-down chains <br /> and anchors. Maintenance of said chains and anchors shall be <br /> the responsibility of Lessor, provided however, that Lessee shall <br /> have the responsibility to inspect the condition of the tie-down <br /> facilities on a regular basis and to notify promptly in writing the <br /> Airport Liaison Officer of Lessor of any defect noted. <br /> XIII. <br /> No combustible chemicals may be brought on said ground space <br /> other than the fuel stored in the airplane's own fuel tank. <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision in this Lease Of Space For <br /> Aircraft, failure on the part of Lessee to comply with the <br /> requirement of this paragraph shall result in immediate termination <br /> of said Lease Of Space For Aircraft. <br /> XIV. <br /> All notices required to be given to the Lessor hereunder <br /> shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br /> separately addressed to the Mayor of the City of San Marcos <br /> and to the City Manager for the City of San Marcos at 630 <br /> E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, 78666. Either of the parties <br /> may designate in writing from time to time substitute addresses <br /> or persons in connection with the said notices. <br /> XV. <br /> Lessee shall not assign or sublease this lease without <br /> first obtaining the prior written approval of the Lessor, which <br />
