THENCE, with the Southeast line of the said R.:M. Highway No. 2439, the following courses numbered ( 9) and (10): ( 9) 355.41 feet along the arc of the said curve to the right, having a radius of 1105.92 feet and a sub-chord which bears N 34° 27' E, 353.88 feet to a concrete monument found at the POINT OF TANGENCY; (10)N 43° 39' E, at 1128.58 feet passing a concrete monument found and continuing on in all, 1311.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 78.23 acres of land. be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas. SECTION 2. That the Service Plan for said area, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and the same is hereby, approved. SECTION 3. That the corporate limits of said City be, and the same are hereby, extended to include said described territory. SECTION 4. That said described territory shall henceforth be a part of the City of San Marcos, Texas, and any inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolu- tions and regulations of said City. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after final passage and publica- tion in a newspaper of general circulation.
