<br /> the plat, utility layout and environmental <br /> assessment statement within fifteen (15) <br /> days of their submission for the purpose of <br /> determining their conformity with this or- <br /> dinance and applicable city standards, giving <br /> consideration to sound engineering practices <br /> and design criteria. Two (2) copies of the <br /> environmental assessment statement shall be <br /> transmitted to the Director of Planning. Upon <br /> the completion of the review of the preliminary <br /> plat, utility layout, and environmental assess- <br /> ment statement the öirector of ~lanning shall <br /> transmit said plat, plans and environmental <br /> assessment statement to the Commission; or he <br /> shall note his and all other objections to said <br /> plat, plans and statement in a written memorandum <br /> and transmit the said memorandum, plat, plans and <br /> statement to the Commission, within twenty-five <br /> (25) days of the submission of the plat, utility <br /> layout and environmental assessment statement. <br /> (b) In cases where the preliminary plat, utility lay- <br /> out or environmental assessment statement is given <br /> a negative recommendation by the ~lanning Commission <br /> the developer may withdraw and refile a corrected <br /> preliminary plat, utility layout and environmental <br /> assessment statementwiththe Director of ~lanning <br /> for reconsideration by the Planning Commission. <br /> SECTION 6. That Section E of Article V of Appendix C <br /> of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is here- <br /> by amended to read as follows: <br /> Section E. Final plat, construction plans. <br /> Within the period of Commission approval of the <br /> subdivision master plan or preliminary plat, the <br /> subdivider shall cause to be prepared a final plat <br /> and construction plans of that land platted in the <br /> subdivision master plan or preliminary plat, and <br /> incorporating any and all changes, modifications, <br /> alterations, corrections, and conditions imposed <br /> by the Commission in approving the subdivision <br /> master plan or preliminary plat. The City Planning <br /> Commission with the concurrence and approval of <br /> the City Council, shall determine and set forth a <br /> fee schedule for the purpose of recovering admin- <br /> istrative costs of processing. <br /> SECTION 7. That Section E(e) (9) of Article V of Appendix C <br /> of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Section E (e) (9) <br /> ( 9) Certificate of approval and acceptance by <br /> San Marcos Planning Commission (to be placed <br /> on plat as follows): <br /> Approved this the day of ,19 , <br /> by the Planning Commission of the City of San <br /> Marcos, Texas. <br /> Chairman <br /> Secretary <br /> -}- <br />
