12 Regular Meeting August 12, 1985 Page 2 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of three appoint- ments to the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Mayor Craddock moved to reappoint Harry Philo, reappoint Robbie Robbins as Alternate and reappoint Betty Wolverton and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of two appointments to the Housing Authority Board. Mayor Craddock moved to reappoint Richard Cruz and reappoint Rose Brooks and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, REPEALING ARTICLE III, DIVISIONS 1 AND 2 OF CHAPTER 22 (SECTIONS 22-44 THROUGH 22-64) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, CON- CERNING THE REGULATION OF POOL HALLS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY BY ADDING SECTION 15-1 FEES AND CHARGES FOR LIBRARY SERVICES; SECTION 15-2, PENAL- TIES FOR MISUSE OF LIBRARY PROPERTY; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 15-22 BY DELETING UNNECESSARY PROVISIONS PER- TAINING TO THE CREATION OF THE FIRST LIBRARY BOARD, BY DELETING THE PROVISION PERTAINING TO THE TERMS OF MEM- BERS APPOINTED TO FILL VACANCIES, AND BY ADDING A PRO- VISION PERTAINING TO TERMS OF MEMBERS APPOINTED TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERMS; AND BY DELETING SECTION 15-22; AND RENUMBERING SECTIONS 15-24, 15-25, 15-26 AND 15-27 AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
