<br /> 13 <br />Regular Meeting August 12, 1985 Page 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE <br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE <br />OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, <br />1984 (VOL. 66) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 0.8820 ACRE <br />(38,421 SQUARE FEET) IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS <br />COUNTY, TEXAS, CONSISTING OF ALL OF LOTS 23 AND 24 AND <br />A PORTION OF LOTS 21 AND 22 OF COERS ADDITION, SECTION <br />2 OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RE- <br />CORDED IN VOLUME 169, PAGE 127 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF <br />SAID COUNTY, AND ALL OF THAT 5236 SQUARE FOOT TRACT <br />CONVEYED BY MRS. A. G. COERS TO W. D. LOVELADY AND <br />RUBY LOVELADY BY DEED DATED 15 MARCH 1958, FILED 11 <br />JANUARY 1961, AND RECORDED ON 6 FEBRUARY 1961 IN VOL- <br />UME 184, PAGES 570-571 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF SAID <br />COUNTY, LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF RANCH ROAD 12 AND <br />COERS DRIVE, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DIS- <br />TRICT) TO "Op" (OFFICE PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT); AMEND- <br />ING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) OF THE MASTER PLAN <br />OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mr. Coddington moved this Ordinance be tabled until the August 26, <br />1985 Council Meeting, as Jean Dorbandt was unable to be at this meeting <br />and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of one Ordinance <br />on second reading and three Ordinances on third and final reading by <br />consensus. Mr. Coddington asked that the Ordinance on second reading <br />be removed from the consensus agenda. Mr. Brown moved the three Ordin- <br />ances on third and final reading be adopted by consensus and Ms. <br />Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
