<br /> ATTACHMENT # 1 <br /> SOFTBALL COMPLEX FENCING <br /> PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FENCING SPECIFICATIONS: <br /> 1. 700 feet + 12 foot height chain link fencing. <br /> - <br /> 2. 12 foot fence posts at least 36 inches in ground. <br /> 3. 12 foot fence posts every 5 feet. <br /> 4. Minimum of 12 inch diameter hole for concrete base on 12 <br /> foot fence posts and all corner and terminal posts. <br /> 5. 9 gauge, steel ties on 12 foot fence. <br /> 6. 6 inch corner and terminal post on 12 foot fence. <br /> 7. 3 inch line post on 12 foot fence. <br /> 8. Three 1 5/8 inch rails (top, center, and bottom) . <br /> 9. On 12 foot fence the fabric shall be a single section 12 foot <br /> in height. <br /> 10. 9 gauge wire will be required on 12 foot fence. <br /> 11. Schedule 40 posts or better on 6 foot fence and 12 foot fence. <br /> 12. 6 inch X 6 inch concrete curb, ground level, from dugout to <br /> dugout on 12 foot fence. <br /> 13. 4,475 feet (:t) 6 foot chain link fencing. <br /> 14. 2 inch standard line post. <br /> 15. 3 inch standard corner and terminal posts. <br /> 16. 3 inch standard gate post. <br /> 17. 1 5/8 inch standard top rail. <br /> 18. 3 inch post at each foul line, 12 foot above ground. <br /> 19. 6 foot fence posts on outfield and foul fences will be spaced <br /> at not more than 10 feet intervals, plumbed, in line and placed <br /> in vertical position. All posts must be set in concrete. <br /> 20. A terminal or corner post every 100 feet in outfield fence <br /> and every 120 feet in foul fence. <br /> 21. Chain link will be knuckled at top and twisted at the bottom. <br /> 22. Tension wire at bottom, not less than 11 gauge. <br /> 23. 6 foot fence posts will be a minimum of 18 inches in the ground <br /> and a minimum of a 9 inch diameter hole for concrete base. <br /> 24. All 6 foot fence shall be a full 11 gauge wire. <br /> 25. Include building two 8 foot tall 24 foot long dugouts per field <br /> (for a total of 8 dugouts) with a concrete slab and corrigated <br /> fiberglass roof. Dugout fence will include a top rail and <br /> bottom rail. (See diagram for dugout design). <br />
