CLARK SURVEY #11, AND THE R. H. <br /> WILLIAMS SURVEY #12, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED ON <br /> BISHOP APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET SOUTH OF RANCH ROAD 12, <br /> FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT) TO "PUD" <br /> (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT). <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN YillRCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the following described parcel of real property lo- <br /> cated in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned <br /> "R-l" (Single-Family Dwelling District) henceforth shall be rezoned <br /> as follows: <br /> All that certain tract or parcel of land and premises being a 26.468 <br /> acre tract of land being all of Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 and a portion of <br /> Tract 5, of the A. W. Withers Suburban Subdivision out of the E. Clark <br /> Survey #11, and the R. H. Williams Survey #12, Hays County, Texas; <br /> said subdivision being recorded in Volume 51, Pages 80-81 of the Deed <br /> Records of Hays County, Texas; being also included in the said 26.468 <br /> acre tract is the adjoining strip of land formerly known as Carson <br /> Street and one-half of Denver Street as shown on plat and as closed <br /> and abandoned by action of the Commissioners Court of Hays County, <br /> Texas, as recorded in Volume L, Pages 41-42 of the minutes of said <br /> Court dated December 8, 1969, and being more particularly described <br /> by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the Southwesterly line of Carson Street (aban- <br /> doned), said point being the Southerly extent ion of the Northwest line <br /> of said Tract 1 to the point of intersection with the said Southwest <br /> line of Carson Street (abandoned) for the most Westerly corner of the <br /> tract herein described; <br /> THENCE, with the Northwesterly line of Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 and part of <br /> Tract 5, as fenced and used upon the ground, the following courses and <br /> distances: <br /> N. 44° 07' E. 421. 37' to an 8" elm tree; <br /> N. 44° 40' E. 219.07' to a point in the fence; <br /> N. 44° 28' E. 380.79' to an angle point in fence; <br /> N. 45° 27' E. 143.45' to a 6" oak tree in the fence; <br /> N. 44° 50' E. 103.90' to a tree in the fence; <br /> N. 65° 40' E. 107.19' to a tree in fence for angle point; <br /> N. 45° 38' E. 356.77' to a point in fence; <br /> N. 45° 02' E. 381.95' to a point in fence for angle; <br /> N. 45° 12' E. 691.55' to an iron pin found in the North- <br /> westerly line of said Tract 5 for the most Northerly corner of the <br /> tract herein described; same being the most Westerly corner of a <br /> tract of 0.04 acres as recorded in Volume 247, Page 328 of the Deed <br /> Records of Hays County, Texas; <br /> THENCE, with the Southwesterly line of said 0.04 acre tract S. 45° 27' <br /> E. 63.42' to an iron pin found at the most Southerly corner of the 0.04 <br /> acre tract for an angle point in the Northeasterly line of the tract <br /> herein described; <br />
