THENCE, S. 28° 33' E. 29.79' to an iron pin found for angle point; THENCE, S. 80° 22' E. 233.09' passing an iron pipe found and in all a total of 253.09' to an iron pin found in the West right-of-way of Bishop Street for the most Easterly corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the West line of said Bishop Street S. 09° 41' W. 217.21' to an iron pin found at the intersection with the Southeast line of Denver Road (abandoned December 8, 1969 and recorded in Volume L, Pages 41-42 of the County Commissioners Court Records of Hays County) for angle; THENCE, continuing with the West right-of-way line of said Bishop Street S. 09° 12' vI. 84.59' to an iron pin found at the most Easterly corner of a 0.571 acre tract (Volume 361, Page 374 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas) for a Southeasterly corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the Northeast line of said 0.571 acre tract N. 80° 49' W. 85.40' to an iron pin at the most Northerly corner of said 0.571 acre tract in the centerline of the above-mentioned abandoned Denver Road; THENCE, with the center of said abandoned Denver Road, same being in part the Northwest line of said 0.571 acre tract, S. 45° 59' W. 197.18' to an iron pin found at the æost Westerly corner of said 0.571 acre tract for angle point; THENCE, continuing with the centerline of said abandoned Denver Road, as fenced and used upon the ground, the following courses and distances: S. 46° 09' W. 628.24' to an iron pipe found for angle point; S. 46° 04' W. 1840.41' to an iron pipe found at the inter- section of the centerline of the centerline of said abandoned Denver Road with the Southwest line of the above-mentioned Carson Street (abandoned), same being the most Westerly corner of Lot 12, Block G of Castle Forest, a subdivision of record, recorded in Volume 2, Pages l03-104 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, for the most Southerly corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the Southwest line of said abandoned Carson Street N. 41° 31' W. 388.48' to the POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing 26.468 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed on the ground by David Brunovsky, R.P.S. #1899, July 8, 1981, located on Bishop Street approxi- mately 300 feet South of Ranch Road 12, to be zoned "PUD" (Planned Unit Development District). SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
