<br /> -2- <br /> BEGINNING AT A POINT, being an iron stake set at <br /> the West corner of said 0.19 acre tract, being <br /> also a point on the Northeast line of Eden <br /> street; <br /> THENCE, on a course bearing S 20° 34' W for a <br /> distance of 3.96 feet to a point¡ <br /> THENCE, on a course bearing S 68° 04' E for a <br /> distance of 83.46 feet to a point¡ <br /> THENCE, on a course bearing N 20° 34' E for a <br /> distance of 3.96 feet "to a point, said point <br /> being in the Northeast line of Eden street, said <br /> point being also in the Southwest line of said <br /> 0.19 acre tract; <br /> THENCE, on a course with said Northeast line of <br /> Eden street bearing N 68° 04' W for a distance of <br /> 83.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> be, and said portion is hereby vacated and abandoned as a <br /> public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever. <br /> SECTION 2. Tha"t the fee to the land in the portion of <br /> Eden Street described in Section 1 of this Ordinance is <br /> hereby released and shall revert to Alex G. Tijerina and <br /> wife, Alvina Lopez Tijerina, save and except that easements <br /> are reserved for any and all existing utilities. <br /> SECTION 3. That the importance of this Ordinance creates <br /> an emergency and an impe~ative purpose necessary that the provisions <br /> of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read at three <br /> separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective <br /> until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its <br /> final passage be suspended, and these provisons are hereby <br />
