Hill, et ux, to Eduardo E. Salinas dated October 6, 1979 and recorded in Volume 332, Page 574 of the Hays County Deed Records, and the aforereferenced Studer/Morton Companies tract N44°10'W 1646.05 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING pass at approximately 250 feet the common north corner of Tract "E" and the east corner of the aforereferenced Hill tract, pass at approximately 990 feet the common north corner of the Hill tract and the east corner of the Studer/Morton Companies tract.
