of land described in a deed to the Hays County Commissioners Court and recorded in Volume N, Page 15 of the Hays County Deed Records in the north line of Old Uhland Road; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and Old Uhland Road with the common line of the Dobie tract and the Hays County tract, the following five courses; 1. N43°41'E 208.00 feet, 2. N43°41'E 137.28 feet, 3. N80001'E 141.57 feet, 4. N80007'E 235.93 feet and 5. N79°56'E 10 feet to the north corner of this tract; THENCE leaving the Hays County tract and entering the Dobie tract, the following two courses: 1. S10045'E 365.00 feet and 2. With a right-breaking curve having the follow- ing characteristics: central angle =19°47'19" radius length =575.18 feet, arc length =198.65 feet, tangent length = lOO.33 feet and a chord which bears SOO051'21"E 197.67 feet to the south corner of this tract in the north line of Old Uhland Road; THENCE with the north line of Old Uhland Road, the following six courses: 1. N54°37'W 30.92 feet, 2. N54°08'W 167.56 feet, 3. N64°31'W 44.53 feet, 4. N78°28'W 233.50 feet, 5. N78°09'W 217.02 feet and 6. N74°51'W 49.99 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 4.8 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared on September 6, 1983 from record information by David C. Williamson, R.P.S. #4190, Dabney-Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, Texas located in the 1100 Block of Uhland Road from "AG" (Agricultural-Open Space District) to "MH" (Mobile Home District). SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
