<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING
<br /> ORDINANCE 1980-37 WHICH DETERMINED
<br /> APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING
<br /> ENTITLEMENT NO. 12; AMENDING ORDINANCE
<br /> 1981-70 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR
<br /> REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 13;
<br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE 1982-41 WHICH DETERMINED
<br /> APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING
<br /> ENTITLEMENT NO. 14; AMENDING ORDINANCE
<br /> 1983-45 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 12,1983 WHICH
<br /> DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE
<br /> SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 15 AND WHICH SET
<br /> FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENSE
<br /> OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF
<br /> THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR
<br /> THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1983,
<br /> AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1984, AND
<br /> APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS
<br /> AND PURPOSES O:E' SUCH ESTlMATE.;TO REVISE
<br /> SAID ESTIMATES AND TO REAPPROPRIATE SAID
<br /> FUNDS; ADOPTING SAID REVISIONS AND
<br /> ESTIMATES AND DECLARING AN EIv1ER~ENCY.
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September 8,
<br /> 1980, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1980-37 adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal
<br /> year beginning October I, 1980, and ending on September 30, 1981;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for funds
<br /> received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 12; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council finds and determines that a public
<br /> necessity exists which requires reappropriation of the funds from
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 12; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September 8,
<br /> 1981, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1981-70 adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal
<br /> .. ear beginning October 1, 1981, and ending on September 30, 1982;
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for funds
<br /> received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 13; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council finds and determines that a public
<br /> necessity exists which requires reappropriation of the funds from
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 13; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September 7 ,
<br /> 1982, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1982-41 adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal
<br /> year beginning October 1, 1982 and ending on September 30, 1983;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for funds
<br /> received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 14; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council finds and determines that a public
<br /> necessity exists which requires reappropriation of the funds from
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 14; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September 12,
<br /> 1983, the City Council of the city of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1983-45 adopted the budget for said city for the fiscal
<br /> year beginning October 1, 1983, and ending on September 30, 1984;
