SEcrION 6. 'rhat the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 14, as shown on the said Exhibit C are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 7. That Ordinance 1983-45, adopted September 12, 1983, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of conducting each administrative unit of the municipal government of said City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1983, and ending on September 30, 1984, and appropriated money for the varlOUS funds and purposes of such estimate, and which appropriated funds from Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 15, be amended as set forth in Exhibit D which lS attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. SECTION 8. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 15, as shown on the said Exhibit D are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 9. That Ordinance 1983-45, adopted September 12, 1983, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of conducting each administrative unit of the municipal government of said city for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1983, and ending on September 30, 1984, and appropriated money for the various funds and purposes of sudh estimate, be, and the same lS hereby, amended as set forth in Exhibit E which is attached hereto and is incorporated herein, in words and figures as shown therein, for all intents and purposes. SECTION la. That the said revisions and reappropriations which shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the fiscal year 1983-84 beginning October l, 1983, and ending on September 30, 1984, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted. SECTION ll. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (lO) days following the date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
