<br /> -2- <br /> personnel of the South Hays County Fire Department, located <br /> within said geographical area set forth hereinabove; or,ln <br /> both such events, then, upon request to the Fire Chief, the <br /> Fire Marshal or, in the absence of both of them, the Shift <br /> Captain on duty, of the San Marcos Fire Department by said <br /> personnel of the South Hays County Fire Department, <br /> firefighting equipment, if available and in good working <br /> order, and personnel, if available, of the San Marcos Fire <br /> Department shall be dispatched to any point within the <br /> geographical area of South Hays County, Texas for which the <br /> South Hays County Fire Department provides fire protection as <br /> designated by said personnel of the South Hays County Fire <br /> Department. <br /> III. <br /> In the event of a serious fire or fires, as determined <br /> by the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal, or, in the absence of <br /> both of them, the Shift Captain on duty, of the San Marcos <br /> Fire Department, located within the geographical firefighting <br /> jurisdiction of the San Marcos Fire Department (as designated <br /> by said personnel of the San Marcos Fire Department) or, in <br /> the event equipment of said fire department is insufficient, <br /> incapable or unavailable for any reason to fight a fire or <br /> fires, as determined by said personnel of the San Marcos Fire <br /> Department, located within said geographical jurisdiction of <br /> the San Marcos Fire Department; or, in both such events, then, <br /> upon request to the Fire Chief, the Assistant Fire Chief or, <br /> in the absence of both of them, the Volunteer Fire Captain on <br /> duty, of the South Hays County Fire Department by said <br /> personnel of the San Marcos Fire Department, fire fighting <br /> equipment, if available and in good working order, and <br /> personnel if available, of the South Hays County Fire <br /> Department shall be dispatched to any point within the <br /> geographical firefighting jurisdiction of the San Harcos Fire <br /> Department as designated by said. personnel of the San Marcos <br /> Fire Department. <br />
