69 Special Meeting September 10, 1985 Page 3 Mr. Guerra moved to amend the Ordinance to approve the "well" paid benefit for employees with perfect attendance for one year will be paid one day of their employment - $2,660 (General Fund), $770 (Uti- lity Fund) and $770 (Bond Project Fund) and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington. Mr. Farr moved to amend the Ordinance to approve longevity-stability pay at $3 per month per year for non-civil service employees who have been employed for five years or more at a cost of $4,560 (General Fund), $1,320 (Utility Fund) and $120 (Bond Project Fund) and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was re- corded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington. It was consensus of Council that a compensation and benefit study for employees be conducted by an outside consultant and that Staff receive proposals of consultants. Mr. Nicola moved to delete the Emergency Response Team costs from the Police Department budget totaling approximately $30,000 and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Farr, Guerra, Nicola. NAY: Brown, Craddock, Kissler. ABSTAIN: None. This item will be deleted from the budget. Mr. Guerra moved to delete the topographical map in the Engineering Department budget in the amount of $250,000 and Mr. Nicola seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Guerra, Nicola. NAY: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler. ABSTAIN: Coddington. This item will remain in the budget. Mayor Craddock moved to amend the Ordinance in Paragraph 3 to add the date August 11, 1985, in Paragraph 4 to add the date August 26, 1985 and in Paragraph 5 to add the date August 26, 1985, and in Section 5 to change the first word of the sentence from "There" to "That", and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded:
