<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1978-
<br /> 43 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE
<br /> SHARING ENTITLEMENT lO; AMENDING ORDINANCE 197
<br /> 38 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE

<br /> 37 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE
<br /> SHARING ENTITLEMENT 12; ADOPTING SAID REAPPROPRIA-
<br /> TIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Iv1arcos,
<br /> Texas, after notice and public hearing, adopted the budget
<br /> for said City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1978
<br /> and ending September 30, 1979, by Ordinance 1978-43 on Sep-
<br /> tember 13, 1978; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, that budget appropriated funds contained in
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement 10; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 8.l6 in the City
<br /> Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas, said City Council
<br /> declares that a public necessity exists which requires amend-
<br /> ment of said Ordinance 1978-43; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos,
<br /> Texas, after notice and public hearing, adopted the budget
<br /> for said City for the fiscal year beginning October l, 1979
<br /> and ending September 30, 1980, by Ordinance 1979-38 on Sep-
<br /> tember 10, 1979; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, that budget appropriated funds contained in
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement ll; and,
<br /> WHE REAS, in accordance with Section 8.16 in the City
<br /> Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas, said City Council
<br /> declares that a public necessity exists which requires amend-
<br /> ment of said Ordinance 1979-38; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos,
<br /> Texas, after notice and public hearing, adopted the budget
<br /> for said City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1980
<br /> and ending September 30, 1981, by Ordinance 1980-37 on Sep-
<br /> tember 8, 1980; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, that budget appropriated funds contained in
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement l2; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 8.l6 in the City
<br /> Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas, said City Council
<br /> declares that a public necessity exists which requires amend-
<br /> ment of said Ordinance 1980-37; now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br /> MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. That Ordinance 1978-43 adopted September l3,
<br /> 1978, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of
<br /> conducting each administrative unit of the municipal govern-
<br /> ment of said City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1978
<br /> and ending September 30, 1979, and appropriated money for the
<br /> various funds and purposes of such estimate, be amended as set
<br /> forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated
<br /> herein for all intents and purposes.
