SECTION 2. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing Entitlement 10 as shown on the said Exhibit A are hereby ap- proved and adopted. SECTION 3. That Ordinance 1979-38 adopted September 10, 1979, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of conducting each administrative unit of the municipal govern- ment of said City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1979 and ending on September 30, 1980, and appropriated money for the various funds and purposes of such estimate, be amended as set forth in Exhibit B which is attached hereto and incor- porated herein for all intents and purposes. SECTION 4. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing Entitlement 11 as shown on the said Exhibit B are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 5. That Ordinance 1980-37 adopted September 8, 1980, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of conducting each administrative unit of the municipal govern- ment of said City for the fiscal year beginning October l, 1980 and ending September 30, 1981, and appropriated money for the various funds and purposes of such estimate, be amended as set forth in Exhibit C which is attached hereto and incor- porated herein for all intents and purposes. SECTION 6. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing Entitlement 12 as shown on the said Exhibit C are hereby ap- proved and adopted. SECTION 7. That the iDportance of this Orâinance creates an emerg&ncy and an imperative purpose neces~ary that the provisions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper òf general circulation within the City. ---;:?""
