N87 degs. 02'E 156.85 feet, 4. S77 degs. l7'E 10.52 feet, 5. S52 degs. 34'E 186.51 feet, 6. N76 degs. lIfE 109.41 feet, 7. N45 degs. 02'E 321.38 feet to a corner fence post for a north corner of this tract and the west corner of the aforereferenced 7.45 acre Avey tract; THENCE with the common line as fenced of this tract, the Kraus tracts and the Avey tract, the following courses numbered 1-3: 1. S57 degs. 4l'E 629.80 feet, 2. S59 degs. Ol'E 128.68 feet, and 3. S66 degs. 35'E 14.38 feet to a corner fence post for the northeast corner of the Kraus 36.75 acre Tract Two being the west corner of the 14.58 acre Tract One and the southeast corner of the Avey 7.45 acre tract; THENCE with a fence for the common line of the Kraus 14.58 acre Tract One and the Avey 7.45 acre tract, the following two courses: 1. N23 degs. 57'E 284.90 feet, and 2. N10 degs. 30'E 69.99 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. WHEREAS, an on-site public hearing has not been requested in writing by more than 20 adults residing in said area; and, WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was published in the San Marcos Daily Record, a newspaper having general circulation in said City and in the territory proposed for annexation, on 10-30-83 , said date being not more than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing for which notice was given; and, WHEREAS, prior to the publication of notice of said hearing, the City Council of the City of San Harcos, Texas, directed preparation of a service plan that provides for the extention of municipal services to said area proposed for annexation; and,
