Code SMTX. The Consultant will ensure that all training sessions involve pertinent City staff and <br />are interactive, visually rich and focused on successful implementation. Actual projects will be <br />reviewed by both the City and the Consultant and used as examples whenever possible <br />1.4.7 Video Conference Calls (Approx. 12 this phase). The Consultant's Project director will <br />hold video conference calls with the City twice monthly for updates on the process and details of <br />the Project. <br />1.4.8 Deliverables: For Phase 4, deliver to the City: <br />a) Scenario Model Report s and data; <br />b) Final Code SMTX; <br />c) Final Technical Manual; <br />d) Final Development Guide; <br />e) Final Presentation Materials <br />f) Training Session Materials <br />1.5 ADDITIONAL SERVICES /CHANGE OR DELAY IN SERVICES <br />1.5.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.4 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />services. The following are specifically considered <br />to be additional services: <br />a) Kick -Off Press Conference (Optional). Participate in a press conference along with <br />the City to inform the community of the upcoming public visioning and planning <br />process. <br />b) Stakeholder meetings with representatives from character study Areas (Approx. 6 <br />meetings). As necessary, present the final code to multiple groups such as at <br />specific character study area meetings. The `Consultant and City staff members <br />will be available to answer questions and explain the details of the Code SMTX. <br />1.5.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Article 15 of this Agreement. The approval of the <br />San Marcos City Council is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $50,000.00. <br />DKP Agreement <br />M <br />
