a) Draft Code SMTX including regulating plans; <br />b) Revised draft Code SMTX including regulating plans; <br />c) Draft Technical Manual <br />d) Revised draft Technical Manual; <br />e) Revised Development Guide; and <br />f) Recommendations for City Transportation Master Plan. <br />1.4 PHASE 4 — MODELING, REVISIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION (MONTHS 13- <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.4.1 Modeling and Development Scenarios Technical Report. Model multiple outcomes using <br />ArcGIS in order to determine the feasibility of the new Code SMTX by comparing existing <br />regulations and proposed changes. Evaluate and demonstrate the impacts of the new Code on key <br />items such as transportation, the environment, urban design, and development cost. The modeled <br />scenarios will be made available for public review by the City and the Consultant, allowing <br />residents to evaluate potential development in a simple and visual manner. In addition, the <br />Consultant will provide a technical report in addition to the model itself. <br />1.4.2 Consistency Review of Code SMTX and the New Technical Manual. Upon finalizing <br />drafts of Code SMTX and the New Technical Manual, the Consultant will revisit existing plans <br />and documents in order to ensure there are no inconsistencies or redundancies contained within <br />the new documents' language. The Consultant will thoroughly review the Code SMTX and <br />Technical Manual to ensure it does not conflict with any current state, local, or federal law, rules, <br />regulations or standards. <br />1.4.3 Final Documents of Code SMTX and the Technical Manual. Once finalized, provide two <br />hard copies and digital copies of the documents to the City. In addition, the Consultant will provide <br />an online source for the City to print additional copies at its cost. <br />1.4.4 Final Presentation Materials. Provide all final presentation materials in their original <br />formats to the City for its use. <br />1.4.5 Open presentations to City Staff and the public (Minimum 6). Present Code SMTX and <br />the Technical Manual to the public at various meetings, including a community wide meeting, <br />workshop /open house, and at official public hearings for the commission and Council. The <br />Consultant and City staff members will be available to answer questions and explain the details of <br />the code during this presentation. <br />1.4.6 Training Sessions Approx. 6). Lead up to six training sessions to ensure Code SMTX and <br />the Technical Manual documents are fully understood by City staff who will be administering the <br />DKP Agreement <br />i <br />
