1.2.3 Video Conferences Calls (Approximately 2). The Consultant's Project director will hold <br />video conference calls with the City twice monthly for updates on the process and details of the <br />Project. <br />1.2.4 Deliverables: For Phase 2, deliver to the City the: <br />a) Public Event Feedback Report; <br />b) "Food for Thought Presentation" PowerPoint; <br />c) Draft illustrations from charette visualizations; <br />d) Draft regulating plans; <br />e) Draft Code SMTX template; and <br />i) Draft Technical Manual template; and <br />1.3 PHASE 3 — DRAFTING THE CODE (MONTHS 5 -12) <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.3.1 Draft Code SMTX and New Technical Manual Sections. Update the draft regulating plans, <br />visualizations, and code concepts begun during the Charrette based on comments received during <br />the work -in- progress presentation, other public input, and from the City to create the draft Code <br />SMTX and new Technical Manual. The Consultant team will continue to work closely with the <br />City to integrate all necessary modifications into the documents. The Code SMTX and Technical <br />Manual will not be limited to the provided outline in the request for proposals for the new code, <br />but will integrate standards and regulations from existing plans reports and codes to create a <br />cohesive document for review and approval by the City. <br />1.3.2 Updated Development Guide for the Code SMTX. In addition to the Code SMTX and <br />Technical Manual, create an updated development guide to ensure the Code SMTX is easily <br />understood and that developers, property owners, and others understand what is expected from <br />them based on the new code changes. <br />1.3.3 Revised Draft Code SMTX and New Technical Manual. After the City's review and <br />comment, provide a round of edits to Code SMTX, the Technical Manual and Development Guide <br />based on comments received from the City in order to create the revised draft Code SMTX for <br />review, approval, and release to the public by the City. Dover Kohl will track sections relocated <br />from the existing LDC to other Code locations. <br />1.3.4 Video Conference Calls (Approx. 16 this phase).
