hereby in all respects approved and adopted. <br />Section 2. The City suspends CenterPoint's proposed effective date for 45 days <br />pursuant to the authority granted the City under Section 104.301 of the Texas Utilities Code. <br />Section3. The City hires the law firm of Herrera & Boyle, PLLC, to assist <br />with the review of CenterPoint's request to increase the fixed monthly charge for the <br />purchase of gas by retail customers located within the City. <br />Section 4. The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things <br />conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government <br />Code, Chapter 551. <br />Section 5.
