60 Regular Meeting October 28, 1985 Page 14 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval for a change order with t~. A. Hollub for street paving in the amount of $42,907.12. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the additional street paving work and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Kissler. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid the janitorial contract for maintenance of City Hall, P.A.R.D. Building, Fish Hatchery, Public Works Complex and Police Department. Mayor Craddock moved for authorization to bid and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to obtain request for proposals regarding a personnel study, Part II. Ms. Kissler moved for authorization and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to obtain request for proposals for a data processing study. Mr. Farr moved for authorization and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: Guerra, Nicola. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration award of bid for a computer wheel balancer. Mr. Coddington moved to award bid to "Dub" Atkinson Equipment of San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $3,488.00 and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Nicola. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration award of bid for two used automobiles for the Police Department. Mr. Farr moved to award bid as follows: one 1983 Chevrolet Caprice from Capital Chevrolet in the amount of $8,975.00 and one 1985 Chevrolet Celebrity from Henna Chevrolet in the amount of $8,800.00, totaling $17,775.00, as recom- mended by Chief Galchutt. Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, and on roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Nicola.
