<br />Mayor Craddock opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished
<br />to speak in favor or in opposition to the zoning request. No one
<br />did, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. Mr. Coddington
<br />moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Brown
<br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

<br />approval of.an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was

<br />Mayor Craddock opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to
<br />speak in favor of the zoning request. Kelley Kilber was present repre-
<br />senting Du-Mor and stated there would be a maximum of 38 unit built.
<br />No one else wished to speak in favor or in opposition to the zoning re-
<br />quest, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. Mr. Brown moved
<br />for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Nicola second-
<br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously.
