Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7;30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the rÜnutes of the Eegular I1eeting held November 25, 1985. Mr. Brown moved for approv-- al of the J'linutes and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: l,'y E; Brown, Coddington, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Farr. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the Minutes of the Regular Ivleeting held December 9, 1985. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the Minutes and Hr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra, Kissler. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of three appcint- ments to the Arts Subcommittee. Mr. Coddington moved to appoint Sue Blansett, Diana Badgett and Soila Rodriguez and Mayor Craddock second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of two appointments to the Reinvestment Zone Number One - JASBA. Mr. Coã.dington moved to reap~int Gene Majors and to appoint Lawrence Stange and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
