<br />the caption which was read as follows:

<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
<br />A PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.1 TO THAT LEASE
<br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE UNITED STATES OF
<br />AMERICA REPRESENTED BY THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRA-
<br />TION DATED MARCH 25, 1985, TO PROVIDE SAID U.S.A. FEDERAL
<br />AVIATION ADMINISTRATION THE REQUIRED LAND FOE A REVISED
<br />LOCATION OF THE MALSR ACCESS ROAD AND FRANGIBLE TOWER
<br />AND THE ADDITION OF A 10 FOOT BY 100 FOOT LOW WATER CROS-
<br />SING OVER THE DRAINAGE DITCH ALONG THE SIDE OF STATE
<br />HIGHWAY 21 AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPOET; AUTHOR-
<br />IZING THE MAYOE TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND ANY AND ALL
<br />OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTEUMENTS INCIDENT TO THE PURPOSES
<br />THEREOF ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECT-
<br />IVE DATE.
