a) The Consultant's services under this Agreement are for centralized public safety facilities <br />and this Study does not address police precinct or satellite facility needs. <br />b) Develop blocking and stacking diagrams for the County jail facilities under separate <br />agreement with the County. <br />c) Final design will be provide by the design firm selected by the City under separate <br />agreement. <br />IV. BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />A. ADDITIONAL SERVICE EXPENSES: <br />Compensation for additional services (all services not shown in the Scope of Services) will be <br />computed based on the hourly rate plus reimbursable expenses at direct cost, if any.
