a) Final presentation: Develop the Project goals, philosophy, program and concepts into a <br />Power Point for the City's review and approval and presentation to the City Council. The <br />City will receive a copy of the final Power Point presentation. <br />b) Draft and final reports: Document the products of each task above and format in <br />narrative, tables and graphics to clearly communicate the salient information defining the <br />Project with an executive summary. The City will receive a final detailed facility <br />program of requirements upon completion of the Project which will include detailed <br />space programs, site plans, design and performance guidelines, conceptual cost estimates <br />and development timelines. The Consultant will provide the City with a digital version <br />of the final report, along with five bound hard copies of this document. <br />B. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />1) Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with copies <br />of data and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's <br />request. <br />2) Designate Steve Parker, Assistant City Manager, as the City's Representative and authorized <br />representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will <br />examine the documents and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render <br />responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br />3) Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br />4) Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br />C. ADDITIONAL SERVICES /PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br />1) The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Section I above. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees <br />to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. <br />2) Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to <br />this Agreement as Attachment. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to <br />that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section I of this Agreement.
