WHEREAS, the CITY and COUNTY believe it to be in their best interests to allocate <br />the current JAG funds to the COUNTY. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual benefits and <br />promises herein, the COUNTY and CITY agrees as follows: <br />COUNTY agrees to retain the full amount of the JAG award, in the amount of 13,104.00, <br />and will be the sole grant applicant and responsible party for this award. <br />CITY agrees to waive funding of this JAG award and the proceeds of the award shall be <br />the sole responsibility of the COUNTY. <br />COUNTY shall be the sole recipient of the JAG award and shall utilize the funding for <br />eligible program purposes. <br />The term of this Interlocal Agreement will commence on the Effective Date, and will end <br />on December 31, 2015. <br />A.
