That Appendix A-General Zoning Ordinance, Section 37(.211) <br /> be amended by an addition to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 37. Off-Street Parking. <br /> . . . <br /> ( A) Minimum requirements: <br /> (20.5) Vehicle sales or rental dealer: One parking space <br /> for employees and customers per 3,000 square feet <br /> of open sales lot and enclosed floor area devoted <br /> to the sale, display, or rental, of motor vehicles, <br /> mobile homes, and trailers. <br /> PART 15. That Appendix A-General Zoning Ordinance, Section <br /> 37(B)(7) be amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 37. Off-Street Parking. <br /> . . . <br /> ( B) Design and construction standards: <br /> . . . <br /> (7) All required or provided parking areas for permanent, <br /> principal uses, including display areas for the sale <br /> or rental of vehicles, shall be paved according to <br /> City standards and specifications for all-weather <br /> surfaces as provided in Article VI, Chapter X?, of the <br /> City Code. Parking lanes in parkinG lots must be <br /> clearly marked by paint, buttons or other approved <br /> material, except that areas used solely for display of <br /> vehicles for sale or rental are not required to have <br /> marked parkinG lanes. <br />
