Giles <br />encouraged the Council to review the parking situation in the Downtown <br />area. She stated there is only one handicap parking in front of the Post <br />Office. She stated she has contacted the Post Master, City Manager and <br />City Attorney regarding this situation. 2) Gary L. Smith stated he feels <br />the Council should look into a situation were a Police Officer was verbally <br />abusive to a local teenager. 3) Kenneth Dees stated the Council approved <br />"No Parking" signs to be placed on Alamo Street which has helped this <br />
