FT. IN A DEED FROM JOHN N. MEEKS <br />TO AURELIUS, LTD., & AURELIUS GP, LLC, DATED NOVEMBER 30, 2009 <br />AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 3805, PAGE 133 OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br />OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND "BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED <br />BY METES AND BOUNDS AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING at a 1411 iron rod set in the north line of Comal Street <br />and east line of C.M. Allen Parkway for the southwest corner of <br />this description and the Aurelius tract and southeast corner of <br />that tract described as 5697 sq. ft. in a deed from George T. <br />Wommack, Jr., Trustee, to the City of San Marcos dated May 28, <br />1974 and recorded in Volume 269, Page 216 of the Hays County <br />Deed Records (said City of San Marcos tract being excepted in <br />the Aurelius deed); <br />THENCE leaving Comal Street and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown <br />on that play numbered 26554- 11 -1 -d dated August 3, 2011 prepared <br />for Aurelius, Ltd. by Byrn & Associate, Inc. of San Marcos, <br />Texas, with the common west line of the Aurelius tract and east <br />line of C.M. Allen Parkway and the City of San Marcos 2697 sq. <br />ft. tract, N 08`09123" W 229.81 feet to a 4" iron rod set in the <br />south line of that tract described as "Part of Farm Lot 25" in a <br />deed from Pierce Petroleum Corporation to Sinclair Refining <br />Company dated June 30, 1930 and recorded in Volume 101, Page 460 <br />of the Hays County Deed Records; <br />THENCE leaving the City of San Marcos 5697 sq.ft. tract with the <br />common west line of the Aurelius tract and south and east line <br />of the Sinclair Refining Co. tract the following two courses: <br />1.
