Cock et ux to The International & Great <br />Northern Railroad Company dated June 16, 1880 and <br />recorded in Volume N, Page 294 of the Hays County Deed <br />Records; <br />THENCE leaving the Sinclair Refining Co. tract with the <br />southeast line of the Railroad R.O.W., N 42057x37" E 342.40 feet <br />to a calculated point in Purgatory Creek and in the south line <br />of San Antonio Street (not open) for the northwest corner of the <br />Aurelius tract; <br />THENCE leaving the Railroad R.O.W. with the common north line of <br />the Aurelius Tract and south line of San Antonio Street, <br />N 81 °51137" E 117.23 teat to a 4" iron rod found for the <br />northwest corner of that tract described as "parcel No. 7 -2, <br />0.6756 acres" in a deed from Urban Renewal agency to the City of <br />San Marcos Dated May 5, 1975 and recorded in Volume 299, Page <br />870 of the Hays County Deed Records and northeast corner of the <br />Aurelius tract; <br />THENCE leaving San Antonio Street with the common east line of <br />the Aurelius tract and west line of the City of San Marcos <br />tract, the following four courses; <br />1. S 31 005105" E 245.50 Peet to a 411 iron rod found for an <br />angle point, <br />2. S 09 °41123" E 90.73 feet to a li" iron rod set for an <br />angle point, <br />3..S 01 058123" W 120.95 feet to a 't" iron rod found for an <br />angle point, and <br />4.S 16 046121" E 151.75 feet to a 4" iron rod set in the <br />Previously mentioned north line of Comal Street for the <br />southeast corner of the Aurelius tract and southwest <br />corner of the City of San Marcos tract, from which a 4" <br />iron rod found bears S 16 °46121" 6 2.48 feet; <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
