C. Both parties understand and agree that the Engineer will utilize Gorrondona and Associates, <br />Inc. as its subconsultant for the provision of survey work under this Agreement. <br />IV. BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />A. Basic Services: <br />The City will pay the Consultant a not to exceed fee of $64,981.75 over the term of this Agreement <br />for the Consultant's satisfactory performance of Basic Services as described in Section I above <br />which includes labor and expenses in accordance with the following table. <br />B.
