II. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />A. Provide full information, copies of data, etc. in the City's possession to the Engineer regarding <br />the City's requirements for the Engineer's services under this Agreement at the Engineer's request <br />such as: <br />a) as -built drawings for the existing roadways; <br />b) right -of -way and ownership data; <br />c) utility records, and previously prepared studies, reports, and plans; and <br />d) existing survey data including topographic data and improvement locations. <br />B. Designate Richard Reynosa Project Engineer as the City's authorized representative to act on <br />the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine all documents and <br />information submitted by the Engineer and promptly render responses to the Engineer on issues <br />requiring a decision by the City. <br />C. Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to access City personnel <br />and to enter public facilities and private property as required for the Engineer to perform its <br />services under this Agreement. <br />D. Assist in the coordination activities as necessary to facilitate the expeditious completion of the <br />work. <br />E. Forward hard copy plots and digital files (digital files shall be in MicroStation V8i -- 2D and <br />3D format on CD- ROM) to the Engineer. <br />F. Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br />A. The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Section A above. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees <br />to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. <br />B. Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to <br />this Agreement as Attachment C. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to <br />that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section of this Agreement.
